Vintage Beechwood 22” Jointer Plane Hearnshaw Brothers Sheffield 2.1/2” Cutter

Circa estimated early 1900s

Antique 22” beechwood jointer plane & Hearnshaw iron presented in clean used condition.

The beech body has an aged appearance and colour, lovely low profiled handle, heel has impressed 2.1/2 mark.

Fitted with a thick tapered Hearnshaw Bros 2.1/2” cutter and a brass fitted back iron.

This example has usage and wear marks commensurate to its considerable age.
